First stage is now live, in the mobile site chatrooms, see the new theme and updates, and hopefully the permanent fix to the automatic scrolling to top problem.

made some progress this weekend, the friends, friend removal, and profile pages have been converted to the new theme, the profile page is going to get some more facelifting in the coming time but for the moment its converted at least.
