So like I don't quite understand why everyone on the site is obssessed with Kiking each other to rp and talk when we already have the site? I mean I want to rp and everything else but my phone doesn't run Kik and the site works just fine for Rp on top of that Kik is also private information to me and should you really hand it out to every single person on the internet you find? Idk its just we have this wonderful site for us to use so I don't understand why people think they have to kik instead is all.

Some people find using it easier, but I agree, I wish people would use this site more.

Well, for a person like me, I prefer Kik due to the privacy aspect. The one-on-one feeling and knowing if someone has seen your message and when they're typing to reply. The site simply can't provide things like this. Granted, there is the option of a private chatroom, but there's no guarantee that the person you're trying to get there will accept, and once you send that invite then they essentially have it forever, so there's no guarantee of privacy if you wanna talk to more than one person one-on-one o-o I personally dislike public RP with a passion, because I can't get into it, especially if there's multiple RPs occurring at once. This is just my own experience, not saying what the reason is across the board

Oh! Also! A lot of the people who tell you to Kik them either don't like the site, can't use it well or for too long, or can rarely access the site. Once again in my personal experience, the app doesn't run well if I'm running anything else and tends to crash and log me out. Makes it really inconvenient if I wanna RP here if I have to keep logging back in every few minutes o-o Browser isn't even close to a better alternative, either.

I personally have never had a problem with the site app or browser and there is private messages for the site as well

Furthermore, as the App itself simply launches your browser to open the sites mobile version, if anything is crashing, it is your phones browser, not our app.
The app only handles push notifications, anything else gets redirected to your phones browser....
Perhaps you should update your phone to chrome, or perhaps the phone is having issues.

Private messaging is unbearably slow and is also spotty for replies o-o Not saying Kik, or really any instant messenger, is guaranteed to get a response, but it is more likely that you'll at least notice if you do get a response. Xander, the crashing thing wasn't really my main point x3 and yeah, it's most likely my phone. And, the whole reason I included to part where I said "using the browser isn't a better alternative" was to cover that argument o-o I SWEAR, I'm not trying to hate on the app. If you're talking about Gamma, I don't use it. My phone's really buggy with it, I'm still using the old one. Not perfect, but works better with what I got.

Like I said I just kind of get dissapointed how a social furry site has instead turned into a site for people to just look up each other's kik is all and it just kind of irks me as to why they use the site is all might as well just make a twitter to share your kik or share with people on furrafinity is all

I can understand, and I agree with you. I also agree with Koolio in terms of RP. It's just my preferred method for it.
