For anyone who witnessed the small 2 minute outage a short time ago, it wasnt a malfunction. It was me shutting down the old MySQL DB system and switching FurrTrax to instead connect to the new MariaDB Server. Thus far mariadb has proven to be more robust, and efficient, we have actually seen a 20% increase in site performance since the change.
