Not sure how to properly explain this so i will just go one thing at a time. I am under an unsurmountable ammount of stress right now, my psycologist has proposed that perhaps i need to just step back from everything, and have a chance to let my mind stabalize and cool off so to say, he wants me to go to a special clinic for a "vacation" of sorts. He seems to think i am in need of some specialized help, primarily with anger and stress management.
That said, after describing the events of late, both in real life, and the drama i have been having to sort out on here that i need to separate myself temporarily from the things that are making it all worse. This project is a big hope of mine to be successfull, and while i have made many good friends, the impact has not been all good, in fact its been forcing me to play judge and jury for so many disputes i cannot even remember, and the bigger problem is i hate to just write people off, so i give a lot of second chances, to which mostly i get burned all over again.
I am stepping away from the project, i made this decision a few minutes ago as yet another round of bullshit hit my face. Im done with it, cannot handle it right now. I feel like exploding to next person who causes drama, please no-one do so right now, it would be far from your best interests.
I am looking for a group of several people to possibly form a kind of council or mod team, to democratically admin the site for the time being, i am not going to put one person in charge because that never works out. So it will be several, and majority vote between them, will settle any issues that arrise.
DO NOT PM me asking, can i be a mod please! Anyone to be considered for this needs to submit to me a report/essay, whatever you want to call it, with reasons you think you would be a good choice, and why you feel you should apply for such a position. If the paper is under 700 words, i will not read it, as that is not long enough to make a solid case.
For the time being, Foxxer and Lucas can be of most assistance to you, and will be reporting to me.
