About Me:
Hrm... I'm no good at this sort of thing. Lets see.
I consider myself to be an extremely laid back and tolerant person, for better or worse. Over the course of my life I've very rarely been the source of any sort of drama among friends or otherwise; growing up with a sensitive friend or two and a VERY sensitive sister has given me a good sense of what triggers unnecessary arguments. My sense of humor can be on the bizarre and offensive side to some, but I like to try and keep a sensible moral cap on things, at least socially.
Video games are one of my primary interests. I hate to make myself sound silly over them, since it can sound kinda cliche/lame, but they've really played a very big role in shaping my personality, friend group, music tastes, style, and other overall interests since childhood. While there's many different genres I enjoy, I consider myself fairly competitive in fighting games, and I'm always looking for new challengers in my two favorite series', Blazblue and Smash Brothers. I'm a firm believer of calling video games an art form, and I've actually taken quite an interest in video game design.
I promise that's not all there is to me though. I love to get outdoors when I can, especially biking. Just the thought of summer gets me all giddy to head back outside, whether it be long biking trips, walks in the rain, or even just being able to drive with my windows down. I live in a town that has a very large variety of different locations, so a bike around town never feels too stale. I have a very large soft spot for atmosphere and nature. While I wouldn't consider myself much of an artist, I do enjoy drawing from time to time with some simple drawings that I like to consider passable. I do enjoy things such as anime, books/graphic novels, and movies from time to time, which I'm usually bad at setting time aside for, but I've been getting better about it as of late.
