Hello everyone old and new and as it has not been said in a long time welcome to FurrTrax. I'm generally not much one for the spotlight, but wanted to call everyone together for an important cause. In light of some recent and past community held opinions, we would like to take the opportunity to reach out to the community at large. We in the leadership and management of the site would like to invite you to tell us what you think. This site is important to all involved and we recognize that you, the user, are as much a creator and steward of this community as those of us in office. We want to hear from you what we do wrong, what we do right, how we can fix things, what we can add, and what we can improve upon. Including who in management have been unhelpful in our goal of creating a better furry community. Hold nothing back, we want to know so we can make your experience here better! | Fesothe UK: Not to be a grammar nazi but the gallery page is missing a letter U Previos Page Previous, and tagging for the gallery would be nice so we can view groups of images based on type but I assume thats all ready been suggested in the other place we submit stuff. |

| Spots: Hey therePersonally my idea to improve the site is to re think the mechanism of auto update in chat rooms It occurs way too often that I want to read what guys have been writing previously but a wild auto update appearsand I find myself at the top of the chat messages again Annoying Especially if I read long texts or not highlighted ones so it takes lloooong seconds to find where I was and by the time I find it another update comes top line again etc Also on the other hand if I use mobile internet the chatroom messages wont updateat all All I say is the previous messages plus Spots has entered the chatroom And nothing above that Also I would like to complain about the pm system Even with the quote option givenwhich is used by hardly anyone but myself it is easy to lose track of an old convo and cannot put a reply anywhere not knowing what I wrote previously My idea is make it a bit more instant messenger like Just a bonus notice that there seem to be way too many chatrooms that arent used at all Maybe it is just me but Id rather have a SFW and a NSFW chatrooms and it wouldnt take so long to browse all rooms for people Have a nice day and hope I could help with my noticesfeedback |
| Lauren: The only things I'd want to see for Furrtrax would have to be a space to add pronouns in a persons profile and maybe a better color scheme for the site since it is a bit jarring and can kinda strain at least my eyes. |
| Sinda: Thanks for actually taking the time to gets our opinions I dont really have any other than just a comment to someones suggestion Not all of us are looking to meet people in our area In fact there are quite a few of us here only to RP I believe that the locator should remain an option Just my opinion Otherwise the drama seems to be down a lot since I was last around and mods are a bit more numerous Keep it up mod team |
| Xenos Blade: Thank you for the warm welcome Siris. 3 I've been using the site for about a month now and I'm enjoying the site a lot. However, there might b a couple of things that needs to be done. First thing has to be dealing with the chat rooms. A good percent of the time I go on there, furs are on there but it seems like no one is saying anything. They're just staring at their screen or just ghosting. Which I don't believe is the case, it's probably just them doing multitasking, but still something must be done to make the chat room more active. Maybe Have an IM noise for the chat rooms. Also there was one incident where someone wanted to delete there account, but they couldn't do so. So they decided to spam the chat to get banned. Don't know why they wouldn't just not log on again, but whatever. So my idea to avoid that is to give an option to delete the account if the user wishes to do so. I hope this helps. D |
| Beatsmith Mothbane: Thank you for the welcomeI wasnt sure if critiques should be commented or privately sent but Im sure someone will read I joined the site expecting to find local furs easily but others enjoy putting anything as their location Maybe ask for ZIP codes on signup or something of the sort Would be easier calculating distance for web only furs too Id assumeAlso I use the app exclusively so Im not sure if this is a known issue or not but when I click an add in classifieds it does an interesting text overlap of all of the classifieds posted |
