After carefull review of the system logs, it seems literally 80% of the people who have login problems, is actually not because of their password, but rather, the system cannot find a existing username. To Combat this issue, we have 2 features now! First of which has been around for a while, You can login with your email address in place of the username!
The New feature today tho, is a tool to recover your username by using your email address on file. Simply go to the Recover Username or Password link on the main website(NOT MOBILE YET), and in the lower box enter your email address, and the system will kindly remind you of your correct username, and also give you the option to login to it, reset its password, etc.
