As you know in an effort to make a little bit of supporting income for furrtrax, i added the top banner add, and the smaller one to the login page only in the app.
However it was brought to my attention by a member that occasionally these banners were showing ads for crapware and possible malware downloads in the form of PDF and ZIP/7Zip downloads and Download Managers.
In an effort to protect members i have taken about an hour and a half now refreshing through the ads manually and blocking all the bad ones i could find myself, there were about 38 of them.
If you see an advertisement that attempts to get you to download a free program that mentions toolbars, download managers, 7zip, or PDF tools, please PM me the link to where the ad takes you.
Note that clicking the link seems to be safe as long as you DONT download anything from where it takes you. Your help in this is greatly appreciated i want to make sure the ads are safe for all our members! If this becomes an ongoing epidemic problem, i may have to remove the ads and rely solely on donations, hopefully not tho.

| Victor: I meant hazardous but also set up a furrtrax app you buy which has no ads and on the free one have the ads brings in more income and people stay happy |
