Put my controller down doing LASO on ODST on the final mission, because I was riding on the back of a mongoose on the home straight... I shot my team mates on accident, who were riding the Mongoose next to us

playing smash bros melee as falco it was 1v1 1 life each , when i side b (dash on falco) i missed and fell of th stage throwing the win because i went th wrong way

Laughed to myself on dark souls as I watched an invader fall off the side, then accidentally combat rolled off the same bridge Damn twitchy fingers xD

what to pick I have done several stupid things in video games but the dumbest i would have to say is tried a rocket jump in borderlands 2 with the Norfleet rocket launcher on the final 5% of Teramorphus the invincable fight killed the entire team i was running with ^ ^

On World of Tanks I was in a low tier American medium tank. Saw a TOG go over a rock and thought to myself "I can do that too!" I got my tank stuck on the rock on my way down, getting caught at a perfect 45 degree angle. It was so bad that the enemy team ignored me and just capped base.
