    How flexible is everyone? i.e. Can you do splits, put your legs behind your head, service yourself, various contortion, etc.

    I sadly myself am not and never have been, though I never stretch or exercise.

    I can relate to ya but I'm some what flexible I can hold my leg (one at a time) to my back, my foot being flat to my back
