    one person's instant message is coming up blank when I send and receive it keeps telling me I have a new message but it come up blank I have restarted my phone and also cleared the cache and history bit it will not show I have a windows phone

    I hate to necro, but this is the second most recent topic in this section.

    I am having the same issue with IM as this person, I get a notification of a new IM but when I open the flashy sign for the new message there's nothing there.  When I reply to the message what I say is not displayed.  And I can't clear the notification, it keeps popping up whenever I move to a new page or refresh. I have tried it with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and IE on the computer, same results.  This is happening on both a Windows 10 PC and and iPhone 6s.

    Could this have something to do with people who have changed their username?

    This isnt a site bug, its a bug in some mobile devices, usually related to javascript not working properly or being disabled
